About Us
Expert Guidance for Transforming Ideas into Tangible Outcomes
The Palma Project LLC is a boutique consulting firm specializing in project management support for organizations of all sizes. Unlike large consulting firms, we embrace our small size, allowing us to provide personalized attention and tailor our project management services to meet each client’s unique needs. Our approach is far from one size fits all—we believe in building meaningful relationships and establishing long-term partnerships rather than just entering into business contracts.

Why Us?
Client-Centric Approach
At The Palma Project, we understand that every organization is at a different stage of its project management journey. That’s why we meet our clients where they are. We take the time to understand your specific challenges, goals, and organizational culture.
By immersing ourselves in your world, we can develop strategies and solutions genuinely aligned with your vision. Our staff becomes an extension of your team, working collaboratively to drive project success and achieve tangible results together.
Building Competencies for Sustainable Success
Unlike many consulting firms focusing solely on organizational strategy, we take a different approach. We believe in empowering our clients to develop their teams’ competencies, consider their infrastructure and take stock of internal competing priorities. Our team of certified and trained professionals goes beyond simply overseeing projects and adoption of strategy.
We equip your teams with the knowledge, tools, and skills to excel in execution. By building internal competencies, we create a lasting impact that enables your organization to sustain success long after our engagement concludes.
Specialists in PMO Installation and Enhancement
A well-structured Project Management Office (PMO) can significantly enhance an organization’s project management capabilities. The Palma Project specializes in installing, decentralizing and improving PMOs tailored to your needs.
Whether you are starting from scratch or seeking to optimize an existing PMO, our experts bring a wealth of experience and knowledge. We align your PMO with your strategic objectives, implementing effective governance frameworks and integrating best practices to drive project success at every level.
